Release of Liability

By submitting this form I indicate that I understand TNR Riverside will do it's best to educate and place working cats in a manor that is safest for humans and cats involved, however like everything in life there are risks. By checking this box and submitting this application I acknowledge and agree that I have carefully read this agreement and understand. I understand that this agreement is binding to me, my spouse, my executors, administrators, personal representatives and assigns. I understand that this agreement could have important legal consequence and am freely and voluntarily signing. This waiver and release of liability, indemnity, and holds harmless agreement is between the person requesting assistance and Trap Neuter Return Riverside (TNR Riverside), its directors, officers, members, employees, assigns, legal representatives and any future successors. As a individual that is 18 years of age or older, I understand and agree to the following: I AGREE to WAIVE and RELEASE TNR Riverside from all liability, manor of actions, causes of action, debts, contracts, claims, and demands for or by reason of any illness, death, damage, loss, or injury to person or property which has been or may be suffered as a direct or indirect consequence of the receiving assistance from TNR Riverside and notwithstanding that such damage, death, loss, or injury may have been caused partially by the negligence of TNR Riverside. I agree to INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS TNR Riverside for any costs or liabilities which may be incurred as the result of working cat placement and their assistance.
